Booking Policies

Policies:
Cancellation Policy:
The reservation must be cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date. If cancelled inside of 14 days, the guest will forfeit the 100% of the reservation total. If the guest is a no show, then they forfeit the total cost of the stay.

Deposit Policy:
1 night’s room and tax are due upon booking and 100% of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. If you book your reservation within the 14-day arrival window, you must pay your reservation in full.

Terms & Conditions:
Check-in time 4 pm Check-out time 10 am – Rates are subject to change. Parking Is available on site. All reservations require first night deposit upon booking. Any remaining balance will be charged per the policy. If you would like any remaining balance paid with a different card, please call the property to make payment 14 days prior to day of arrival. The Property is completely Non-smoking. No pets. Late check in and check out options available.

Panama Place Beach House Policy:

The reservation must be cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date. If cancelled inside of 30 days, the guest will forfeit the 100% of the reservation total. If the guest is a no show, then they forfeit the total cost of the stay.

50% of payment due at the time of booking, payment in full 30 days prior to arrival.
