Resort Fees and Parking
• Resort Fee for each unit is $50 which includes a parking pass for one vehicle, wristbands
and dog sleeves. A second vehicle parking pass may be purchased for a fee of $30. There is
a two vehicle limit per unit
• Parking passes, along with wristbands, can be obtained at the parking registration desk in
the lobby of Tower 2
• Passes must be displayed with information visible in the front windshield of the vehicle.
Towing is strictly enforced for vehicles that are not registered or not displaying parking pass
• Parking is located in the parking levels 2-5 in Tower 2, the stand along parking garage west
of Tower 2, between Tower 2 and the standalone parking garage and north and east of
Tower 2 unless otherwise marked.
• Fifteen minute parking is available for loading and unloading
• Handicap parking is in the front of Tower 1, in the garage of Tower 1, in the stand alone
garage and on each floor of Tower 2 parking levels 2-5
• Vendors are to park between Tower 2 and the stand alone parking garage and must get a
vendor pass.
• Trailers, scooters, micro cars and golf carts are not allowed to be parked on the property
