We've partnered with the infamous Sharky's Beachfront Restaurant to provide our guests with Sharky's Fast Pass to skip the wait line and Kids Eat Free coupon. This Florida home has all the original charm and more. Terrazzo floors throughout add originality as the locally made art adorns the walls throughout. Summer Haven is steps from the beach and all of Panama City Beaches attractions. This unit is part of a triplex and is the largest of the three. It is equipped with a fully fenced, private, shady backyard including an outdoor grill for cookouts, cornhole and beach chairs. With so much to offer we hope you'll feel right at home on your vacation!
Please note : This property is separate from The Origin at Seahaven property and guests that book at 'Summer Haven' will not have access to the Origin property amenities.
A $500 refundable security deposit is required, or you may choose to purchase the $55 damage insurance instead
This property is pet friendly with a pet fee of 75 dollar per pet for a MAX of 2 dogs (50 LBS or less) unless specifically approved by property management at Beach Haven Vacation Rentals.
